Badges
When it comes to badges, we have designed many different shapes and sizes in a range of colours. We then use our high-quality screen printer to add our clients logo or a preferred design creating powerful badges for your systems. Show off your logo in the best way, front, and centre of your hardware.
Bezels & Faceplates
We work closely with you to create a bespoke system bezel, collaborating with our fabricators to design and manufacture complex designs via advanced CNC, laser cutting and Solid works design.
LED Lighting
Go one step further and add LED lighting to your front bezel, choose a layout and a colour to create something unique. The front bezel is removable. Tool-less and beautiful.
Overlays & Screen Printing
At Exacta we use our screen printer to print your logo/design on to any surface. Creating high quality and dynamic chassis designs that will stand out from the crowd.
Chassis
We could take a plain off-the-shelf chassis and turn it into your fully branded product. Where we then apply your company branding colours to the product via powder- coated painting and complete the look by screen-printing your logo.
We also design custom chassis, from scratch to give your company a completely bespoke piece of hardware, designed for your business.
Hardware Components
Here at Platform by Exacta we utilise the best components from world leading manufacturers to ensure the systems we produce meet our rigorous quality standards and exceed our client’s performance expectations. This means building systems to the highest of standards.
Software Pre-Load and Optimisation
Our software design team has the expertise to ensure that your software is always installed and configured onto your hardware. We load custom BIOS configuration, pre-install your OS and software, and configure the network settings for you. If you
need additional configuration to get everything end user ready, we will be on hand to deliver, either by bespoke configuration or remote access.
At Platform we can cater for anything, from Microsoft windows/server to Redhat and many other Linux operating systems.
Documentation
All documentation will be personalised for your company, with your authorisation. Branded Carton Labels, Branded Delivery Notes, Branded product specification sheets & asset tracking.
Packaging
Platform delivers the complete end to end service. With Exacta, you can send bulk goods to your customers in thick and durable packing boxes & outer cartons made from tough corrugated cardboard.

Once any changes have been made a BOM is created, and the systems are scheduled in to be built in our state-of-the-art production facility.

Our highly skilled QC and build engineers deliver systems that will exceed your expectations and make your software sing every day.

Here at Exacta, we have a screen-printing studio at HQ, allowing us to print onto units in house. Over the past 5 months this has been a great investment for us, allowing us to print faster on site and get our clients hardware out the door to their end user faster than ever before.
