Meinberg

Meinberg sought a manufacturer for a custom 1U rackmount appliance. The appliance needed to feature Meinberg’s branding and successfully integrate their hardware. Previously, they had modified standard servers for these products which were not up to scratch, due to their limited lifespan and frequent redesigns. Meinberg desired a supplier guaranteeing platform availability for at least 5 years.

• We began with the onboarding process, where we familiarised ourselves with the Meinberg brand and their specific needs for a custom 1U rackmount appliance. Meinberg had encountered durability issues with their previous supplier's systems, leading them to resort to modifying inadequate off-the-shelf servers. Collaborating closely with Meinberg, we designed a server solution that featured Meinberg’s own network cards along with a comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) that ensured platform availability for a minimum of 5 years.
• Systems are preassembled, preconfigured, and stored in our warehouse, ready for dispatch the following day.
• Beautifully branded. Our team created a custom chassis adorned with Meinberg’s branding by working with Meinberg’s marketing department. The result is a system that exudes contemporary flair and impeccable branding.
• Additionally, we tailored packaging exclusively branded for Meinberg, eliminating foam per their specifications. Our innovative approach extended to designing fully recyclable cartons, precisely fitting around each server to ensure utmost protection while being environmentally conscious.
